A lot of information was available to help the
office go about it's business. Working Timetables came in very
useful along with Sectional Appendices, Carriage Working Notices and diagrams of
the track layouts at each station and junction in the area (although the office
did, on occasion, invent some extra tracks of their own when organising various
special train alterations).
